Effects of Allelochemicals from Several Terrestrial Plants on Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii

摘  要:通过添加植物浸提液,研究了13种陆生植物枫杨、核桃、核桃楸、毛白杨、垂柳、构树、无花果、侧柏、云杉、雪松、白蜡树、金叶女贞和紫丁香对两种富营养化藻类铜绿微囊藻和莱茵衣藻的抑制作用.结果表明,枫杨、核桃、核桃楸、构树与雪松对两种藻类均具有显著的抑制作用;毛白杨、垂柳只对铜绿微囊藻具有抑制作用;而金叶女贞、紫丁香只对莱茵衣藻具有抑制作用.在浸提液对水体浊度的影响实验中,雪松、云杉和白蜡树浸提液都可以有效降低水体浊度.雪松、枫杨、核桃楸、核桃4种植物是具有应用前景的陆生抑藻植物材料.Inhibition of thirteen terrestrial plants Pterocarya stenoptera, Juglans regia, Juglans rnandshurica , Populus tomentosa , Salix babylonica , Broussonetia papyri fera , Ficus carica, Platycladus orientalis, Picea asperata, Cedrus deodora, Fraxinus chinensis, Ligustrum vicaryi, Syringa oblata on two eutrophic algae Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii are investigated by the forms of adding plant extracts. The research results indicate that: growths of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlarnydornonas reinhardtii were dramatically inhibited by the plants of Pterocarya stenoptera, Juglans regia, Juglans mandshurica, Broussonetia papyri fera and Cedrus deodora ; the plant extracts of Populus tomentosa and Salix babylonica inhibited the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa obviously; the plant extracts of Ligustrurn vicaryi and Syringa oblata controlled the growth of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. Water turbidity was fallen by adding the extracts of Cedrus deodora, Picea asperata and Fraxinus chinensis. Thus, Pterocarya stenoptera, Juglans regia, Juglans mandshurica and Cedrus deodora have the highest value of development among the thirteen terrestrial plants.
