四种妇科洗剂体外抗阴道毛滴虫的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察妇炎洁、肤阴洁、艾伦和洁尔阴等四种妇科洗剂体外抗阴道毛滴虫的效果。方法培养三代后的阴道毛滴虫用培养基稀释成一定浓度的细胞悬液。实验孔：将以上四种妇科洗剂的原液用培养基稀释成不同浓度（相对浓度），加入96孔细胞培养板中（0．1ml／孔）。对照孔：加入培养基0．1ml／孔。每孔中均加入原虫0．1ml／孔（含虫5000个）。用MTT法检测实验孔和对照孔的各孔吸光度（A）值。结果在20，10，5，2．50，1．25ml／dl的相对浓度时，对阴道毛滴虫的相对抑制率分别为：妇炎洁为72．8%，65．2%，61．6％，54．8％和53．8％；肤阴洁为48．5％，44．0％，36．7％，31．7％和24．0％；艾伦为35．0％，28．4％，28．1％，10．7％和8．4％；洁尔阴为46．1％，37．3％，31．7％，27．5％和24．0％。妇炎洁、肤阴洁与洁尔阴各浓度之间抑制率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；艾伦各浓度之间抑制率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论①妇炎洁、肤阴洁、艾伦和洁尔嬲等四种妇科洗剂在体外均有一定的抗历道毛滴虫的作用；抗阴道毛滴虫效果与洗剂的浓度有关；浓度越高，效果越好。②在相同的浓度时，妇炎洁的抗阴道毛滴虫效果最强，肤阴洁和洁尔阴次之，艾伦的作用最弱。Objective To observe the effects of Fuyanjie,Fuyinjie,Ailun and Jieeryin on Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro. Methods Culturied Trichomonas vaginalis,after 3 generations,Trichomonas vaginalis was diluted into a cell suspension with a certain concentration. Test well：diluted the four gynecological medicine which had been mentioned before by using culture media into different concentrations and injected all those liquid into 96 holes on cell-culture-board. Ceil control well ：added 0. lml culture medium of culture media into each hole. Moreover,0. 1 ml protozoa （5 000 protozoa） was added into each hole. MTT method was used for testing the A number in test holes and cell control well. Results When the relative concentration was 20,10,5,2.5 and 1.25 ml/dl,the suppression ration of those four medicine had on Trichomonas vaginalis were listed below：Fuyanjie 75.8%,65.2%,61.6%,54.8% and 53.8% ;Fuyinjie 48.5%,44.0%,36.7% ,31.7% and 24.0% ;Ailun 35.0% ,28.4% ,28.1% ,10.7% and 8. 4% ;Jieeryin 46.1% ,37.3% ,31.7% ,27.5% and 24%. The differences of suppression ratios which were gained from different concentration of Fuyanjie, Fuyinjie and Jieeryin had statistic significance （P〈0. 05）. The differences derived from different concentration of Ailunare had no statistic importance （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion All those four medicine have a certain effect on suppressing the ：number of Triehomonas vaginalis in vitro. The concentration of medicine affect the effect of medicine ：the higher the concentration is,the better the effect will be. When the concentration was decided,Fuyanjie had the best effect,Fuyinjie and Jieeryin were less effective and Ailun had the worst result.
