摘 要:目的探讨四种常见消化系疾病患者中食物不耐受的情况,为其病因的寻找提供实验室依据并指导饮食治疗。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测四种常见消化系疾病患者200份血清中14种食物特异性IgG的水平。结果所检患者中,有食物特异性IgG水平升高者162例,占81%。其中,肠易激综合征(IBS)发生率最高,达98.7%,其后依次为炎症性肠病(IBD)、消化性溃疡及慢性胆囊炎。14种食物中以蟹与虾的IgG阳性率最高,均占42%,其次为蛋清/蛋黄、牛奶、鳕鱼、西红柿、大豆、玉米和大米,再次为小麦、牛内、蘑菇、猪肉和鸡内。结论食物不耐受可能是某些消化系疾病的致病因素之一,对存在食物不耐受的患者进行饮食指导具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the situation of food intolerance in patients with 4 sorts of common digestive system diseases,which may give the direction of treatment by food. Methods Using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect food specific IgG antibodies among 200 patients with 4 sorts of common digestive system diseases. Then the data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 software package. Results There were 162 patients,accounted for 81%, whose level of food seicific IgG antibodies were higher than the nomal. The incidence of irritable bowel syndrome fIBS) ,almost 98.7%, was the highest one. Then,inflammatory bowel disease (IBD),peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis,and chronic cholecystitis and cholelithiasis were as follows. The highest positive rate of the 14 kind of food specific IgG antibodies were crab and shrimp,followed by egg albumen/egg yellow〉milk〉codfish〉tomato〉soybean〉com and rice〉wheat〉beef〉mushroom 〉chicken and pork. Conclusion To some extent,food intolerance may be involved with digestive system diseases,which means considerable to the direction of treatment by food.
