摘　　要：大水金矿发育长大于2km、宽约40～300m的断裂破碎蚀变带,本文从围岩蚀变的类型及特征、期次及组合、空间分带性、蚀变规模与金矿化的强度等方面总结了大水金矿围岩蚀变特征及其与金矿化的关系。Dashui gold deposit occurred within the fracture and alteration zone of fault with more than 2km long and 40-300m wide. The paper summarized the alteration of wall rock and its relationship with gold metallo- genesis of Dashui deposit from the wall-rock alteration types and characteristics, period and association, spatial zoning, alteration extent and intensity of gold mineralization.
