摘　　要：介绍大连医科大学图书馆开展在线参考咨询服务的实践,包括技术路线的选择、服务项目显示方式,人员配置、服务过程管理等。实践证明,图书馆先进的服务理念和有效的人力资源组织是成功开展在线参考咨询服务的重要保证。Online reference services in Library of Dalian Medical University were introduced, including se- lection of technology, displaying methods of services, personnel allocation, and service process management. It has been proved that advanced service concept and effective organization of human resources are the keys to successful online reference services in college and university libraries.
