外来务工人员异位妊娠的心理护理

摘　　要：目的探讨外来务工人员异位妊娠的发生情况,为心理支持提供依据,制定护理措施。方法 2003年3月～2009年12月对本院收治的育龄外来务工人员异位妊娠96例患者进行总结分析,并对生殖道感染史、人流史、避孕史、临床症状及治疗方法进行现况调查。结果 95.83%焦虑心理,91.67%抑郁心理,92.71%恐惧心理,31.25%孤独心理,76.04%对本病认知缺乏。结论通过对异位妊娠手术患者进行心理评估,为其提供心理支持,并通过护理手段提高患者对本病的认知程度,提高患者的健康意识。Objective According to the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy of migrant workers,we can provide the basis of support and formulate the nursing step. Methods Analyzed 96 cases of migrant workers in reproductive age,who were admitted in our hospital during 2003 March to 2009 December,explored the risk factors and investigating the cases of their history of tractus genitalis infections,abortion,contraceptive,clinical symptoms and the treatments. Results 95.83% of the patients had anxiety and 91.67% had depression moods,92.71% felt tension and fear,31.25% felt lonely and pessimistic,76.04% were lack of cognitions of ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion By assessing the psychological of ectopic pregnancy patients,we could enhance their cognition at ectopic pregnancy and raise the awareness of health.
