中药退黄外洗液的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立中药退黄外洗液的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴定薄荷脑;采用高效液相色谱法对枳壳中的柚皮苷进行含量测定,色谱柱：Agilent SB-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相：以乙腈-水,流速1.0ml/L检测波长：λ=283nm,柱温：30℃。结果柚皮苷在47.6～1190ng范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.25%,RSD=0.54%（n=6）。阴性对照无干扰。结论该法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为中药退黄外洗液的质量控制方法 。Objective To establish quality standard for Zhongyaotuihuangwaixiye Lotion. Methods Menthol was identified by TLC; Naringin were determined by HPLC. A Agilent SB-C18 Column（250 nun ×4.6 mm, 5μm） was used. The mobile phase was Acetonitrile - H20 The column temperature was 30℃, The waveleng detection was at 283nm, flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-l.Results The linear range of Naringin was within 47.5-1190ng（r=0.9999）. The average revovery was 99.25%, RSD was 0.54%（n=6）.The negative sample had no interference. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and suitable for its assaying. It can be used for quality control in production of Zhongyaotuihuangwaixiye Lotion.
