摘 要:基于湖南省13个地级市1995—2007年的面板数据,利用Arcgis空间分析、变差系数及泰尔指数等方法分析了城市土地经济密度的时空分异特征,并构建面板数据模型对内在影响机理进行了初步探讨。研究表明:(1)湖南省城市土地经济密度总体上呈现不断上升趋势,但城市之间差异明显,空间格局上呈现出一定的集聚效应和峰值效应;(2)1995—2007年,湖南省城市土地经济密度总体区域差异呈现出持续非匀速缩小趋势,城市之间土地经济密度的相对发展速度差异明显;(3)从业人口、城市化水平、二三产业结构、交通区位对城市土地经济密度具有显著的影响作用,其与城市土地经济密度的弹性系数分别为0.2582、0.8781、-0.5973和0.1583。研究结论:城市发展应杜绝"以土地换增长"的模式,合理配置土地资源,统筹土地利用与城市人口、产业、科技、交通等要素之间的关系,从增加城市就业、提高城市化水平、调整二三产业结构、改善城市交通等方面提高城市土地经济水平,形成一种土地利用与各要素良性互动的城市发展模式。This paper analyzed the temporal-spatial features and influence mechanism of land economic density of Hunan Province from 1995—2007,by using methods including Arcgis spatial analysis,variation coefficient,Theil index and panel data model,based on panel data of 13 cities land economic density in Hunan Province.This research results indicated that:(1) Generally the urban land economic density of Hunan Province tended to increase continuously,however,the difference among cities were obvious,there were four cities whose land economic density were higher than the average level,while most cities were lower than the average level in 2007.Spatial pattern showing a certain agglomeration effect and peak effect.(2) From 1995 to 2007,the regional difference of land economic density among cities of Hunan Province continued to narrow in a non-uniform velocity and the relative development speed was also vey different.(3) The total number of employed people,urbanization level,structure of secondary industry and tertiary-industry,transport location had an significant impact on urban land economic density,the elasticity coefficients between them were 0.2582,0.8781,-0.5973,0.1583.This research concluded that urban development did not always accompany optimization of urban land use,we must put an end to the urban development pattern of"get economy growth by extensive using of land",allocation urban land resource rationally,coordinate the relationship between land use and urban population,industry,transport and technology,and improve urban land economic density from aspects of increasing employment,enhancing level of urbanization,adjusting urban industrial structure,improving urban transport condition,finally to form a better urban development pattern which has a good interaction between land use and other urban development elements.
