从《纯真年代》看伊迪丝·华顿的“双性同体”文学价值观

摘　　要："双性同体"是英国小说家弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫于1929在她的论著《一间自己的房间》中提出的一个重要理论观点。通过对伊迪丝·华顿1920年出版的《纯真年代》中埃伦.奥兰斯卡伯爵夫人的女权意识和纽兰·阿切尔的父权思想的分析,本文认为华顿早具"双性同体"意识,并秉承这一理念进行文学创作,建构了自己的"双性同体"文学价值观。The conception of androgyny was produced by Virginia Woolf in her A Room of One＇s Own in 1929.But by analyzing Ellen Olenska＇ s feminist consciousness and Newland Archer＇s patriarchal ideology in Edith Wharton＇s The Age of lnnocence which was published in 1920,we can see Wharton＇s own subconsciousness of androgyny.This paper reveals how Edith Wharton constructs her own androgyny in her novel creation.
