新型农村合作医疗受益公平性影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章运用四川阆中与富顺的调查数据,对新型农村合作医疗受益公平性影响因素进行分析。结果表明,各种因素对新型农村合作医疗补偿公平性贡献率不同,而住院费用、因病卧床天数、家庭非农务工人口数和区域政策差异等因素对其影响程度最大。最后,文章提出了相应的对策建议。Influencing factors of the compensation equity of the new rural cooperative medicine are analyzed by the survey data from Langzhong and Fushun, Sichuan Province. The results show that, various factors contribute to the new rural cooperative medical compensation fairness. Moreover, hospitalization costs, the number of days in bed due to illness, the families＇ non-agricultural workers population, and regional policy differences are the most important factors which affect the fairness of the new rural cooperative medicine. Finally, some countermeasures are proposed to improve the equity.
