摘  要:针对染整工厂能源消耗数据的采集、存储、分析、管理等问题,设计了一种基于VC的工控机与多台ADAM采集模块的数据采集管理系统。采用VC设计上位机界面及编写其通信程序,并作为数据库管理的前台开发语言;后台数据库软件采用PostgreSQL数据库;上位机与ADAM采集模块之间采用RS485总线和Modbus通信协议。通过此系统,用户可方便地在上位机中查看和打印下位机中的信息,监视各设备的工作状态。现场的运行结果显示该系统使用方便,性能可靠。Aiming at collecting data of energy consumption,storage,analysis,management issues in dyelines factory,a management system based on VC++ industry-controller machine and ADAM data-collecting modules was designed.VC was used to design its interface of epigyny machine and its communicating programs,and it was used as the developing language of database management programs of foregrounding.And the PostgreSQL was adopted as its background database.The RS485 bus was applied to connect with the next-bit machines,the Modbus was used as the communication protocols between ADAM and hypogyny machine.Through this system the users can expediently storage and search or print the information of the epigyny machine and investigate the status of equipments.The results of field operation show that the system has convenient operation and reliable performance.
