中草药制剂对牙周炎龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察应用中草药制剂治疗成人牙周炎,龈沟液中碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)水平的变化。方法:将40例成人牙周炎患者的左右2颗患牙随机分为实验组和对照组。经基础治疗后,实验组再应用中草药制剂辅助治疗,实验4周,1周1次。对照组仅采用基础治疗,然后比较两组治疗前、后龈沟液中的ALP水平。结果:实验组和对照组在治疗后,龈沟液中ALP总量和浓度均明显降低(均P<0.01),且实验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基础治疗和中药联合应用,对成人慢性牙周炎的治疗具有良好的辅助疗效。Objective： To observe the changes of of alkaline phosphatase（ALP） level in gingival crevicular fluid（GCF） in patients chronic with periodontitis after treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Qing Re Xiao Yan Gu Chi local slow-release delivery agent.Methods： Corresponding teeth of both sides of 40 adult patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,which were both given basic treatment;the experimental group was also given an extra treatment of Chinese medicine Qing Re Xiao Yan Gu Chi local slow-release delievery agent,once a week for 4 weeks.Levels of ALP in GCF before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results： The concentration and total amount of ALP in GCF obviously decline after treatment both in the experimental and the control group（P 0.01）,while more significant in the experimental group than that in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusions： Combining use of basic treatment and Qing Re Xiao Yan Gu Chi local slow-release delivery agent is an effective booster therapy for periodontitis.
