森林病虫害防治机械化组织模式的探讨

摘　　要：分析了目前我国森林病虫害防治工作存在的突出问题,提出建立病虫害防治机械化组织模式。该模式具有专业预测、集中统一、机械专业化防治等特点,最后对森林病虫害防治提出加快新型植保机械的推广、建立机械化专业服务队、落实林业机具补贴政策、建立植保机械市场准入制度、提高行业性保健补助实行人身安全复查五点建议。Some key problems existing in current forest disease and pest control in China are analyzed and the establishment of mechanized organization mode of forest disease and pest control is proposed. The mode features professional prediction, centralized management and mechanized and specialized prevention and control. In addition, in connection with forest disease and pest control, five suggestions for speeding up the popularization of new plant protection machines, establishing mechanized professional service teams, implementing the subsidy policy for forest equipment and tools, establishing a market access system for plant protection machinery and increasing heath care subsidy in the forestry industry and carrying out personal safety reinspection are made.
