摘　　要：缸套是汽车发动机的重要部件,也是维修过程中需要经常更换的主要零件。从分析干式、湿式两种缸套技术特性和工艺性能入手,结合工作实际对使用普通机床小批量加工湿式缸套的加工工艺做了有益的探讨。A cylinder liner is a very important part of a car engine and also an important part needing to be replaced in the maintenance process. Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics and process performances of dry and wet cylinder liners and the work practice, the processing technology for the small batch production of wet cylinder liners using ordinary lathes is discussed.
