摘　　要：结合多学科对模块化组织的研究,在大学的组织设计和知识创新中引入模块化组织的基本理念。针对大学的学术属性和本质特征,提出了大学模块化组织设计的原则。同时,强调了从平台、科研团队、能力三个方面加强模块化组织建设的重要性。After investigated from different subjects,modular organization theory has been applied in organization design and knowledge innovation.Principles of the modular organization design have been proposed in connection with the academic properties and essential characters of the university.The importance of establishing modular organizations has been discussed in three aspects,such as platform,research team and competence.
