摘  要:目的研究薄层疏松砂岩稠油油藏的有效开发技术。方法针对苏北盆地溱潼凹陷薄层疏松稠油油藏埋深浅、油层薄、岩性疏松、原油黏度高等地质特征,运用水平井技术增大井眼与油藏的接触面积,减小渗流阻力;采取绕丝筛管完井方式,由先前产后被动防砂为完井主动防砂,储层不受固井水泥浆污染,提高完善程度;采用泡沫酸化技术避免酸液大量进入高渗部位,引起地层坍塌,达到改善低渗储层渗流条件;引用螺杆泵采油技术解决地下原油举升过程中的砂卡问题;添加合适的降黏剂,促使油包水乳化液转化为水包油乳化液,使原油与管壁的摩擦变成水与管壁的摩擦,降低流动阻力。结果运用水平井开发技术配套,从水平井设计、完井方式、酸化解堵、举升工艺及降黏技术等方面进行系统改进,成功实现华港—北汉庄区块垛一段稠油藏的有效开发,在采油速度达2.1%的稳定开发的状况下,含水上升率仅为0.41%,形成了一套适应此类油藏开发技术系列,并得到了较好的推广应用。结论水平井开发薄层疏松稠油油藏,适应性好,较普通直井、定向井具显著优势,是开发难动用薄层稠油油藏的有效方法。通过北汉庄—华港区块的成功应用,可带动溱潼凹陷斜坡带的滚动勘探开发。Aim To study the effective development techniques for thin unconsolidated sandstones reservoir with viscous oil. Methods In view of the geologic characteristics of thin unconsolidated viscous oil reservoir in Qintong Sag of Subei Basin,such as shallow depth of burial,thin oil layer,loose lithology,high viscosity of crude oil,apply horizontal well drilling technology to enlarge the contact area between bore hole and reservoir,and to decrease the filtrational resistance; adopt the well completion system with wire wrapped screen to control sand actively after production,which is different from passive sand control used before and won't pollute the reservoir by slurry cement,and improve the flow efficiency; using the technology of foam acidizing to avoid a large amount of acidizing fluid from flowing into high permeability zone to cause formation collapse,so as to improve the seepage condition of low permeability reservoir; introduce the oil recovery technique with screw pump to solve the problem of sanding in during lifting process of crude oil; add the proper viscosity reducer to prompt the inversion from water-in-oil emulsion to oil-in-water emulsion,so as to reduce the flow resistance by the transfer from the friction between crude oil and pipe wall to that between water and pipe wall. Results By applying the horizontal well development technology and systematically improving in design,well completion system,acidizing for plug removal,lift technology and viscosity reducing technology of horizontal wells,the viscous oil reservoir in Duo1 Member of Huagang-Beihanzhuang Block has been developed effectively and successfully. The water cut increasing rate is only 0. 41% under the con-ditions of stable development with 2. 1% of oil production rate. And a series of development techniques have been formed for this kind of reservoir,and have been put into practical application widely with good results.
