摘 要:为了改进无回热器的氨-水-溴化锂吸收式制冷机实验样机的性能,对具有回热器的吸收式制冷机实验样机的性能进行了实验研究.实验中对4组溶液进行了测试,其中NH3的质量分数均为50%,LiBr的质量分数分别为0%、15%、30%和38%.实验结果表明,加入LiBr之后,发生器压力明显降低,而且随着LiBr浓度的增大,相同温度下发生器压力也越来越小.初步实验还表明,采用回热器后,实验样机系统的性能系数从无回热器的0.280提高到了0.457,说明该实验样机系统的原理可指导工业应用,但与现有的工业化产品的性能相比还有待于进一步改进.Experimental tests were carried out on the performance of a prototype NH3-H2O-LiBr Absorption chiller with two heat regenerators to improve that of the same type of the chiller without any regenerator. Four groups of solutions with different compositions were tested in the experiments,i.e.,all 50% of NH3 concentration,and 0%,15%,30% and 38% of LiBr concentration,respectively. The results show that the pressure in the generator decreased significantly after adding LiBr to the system. The pressure in the generator declined with the increase in LiBr concentration at the same temperature. Moreover,the coefficient of performance of the system with regenerators increased from 0.280 (for the system without regenerators) to 0.457. It seems that the principle of the prototype system could be applied in industrial products although it should be improved further.
