摘 要:为了解决单齿分度成形加工法存在的生产效率低、操作繁琐、出错率高等问题,提出了连续分度飞削加工平面蜗轮的方法.采用活动标架建立了飞削加工数学模型,以最大偏差极小化为目标优化函数,将刀尖回转半径、刀杆倾角作为优化变量,使加工面误差控制在±0.01mm的范围内,并对加工面及误差分布进行了模拟.采用齿面印痕法对加工精度进行检验,结果表明,接触印痕与理论接触区的一致性较好,飞削加工不仅生产效率高,而且分度精度可靠,可用于加工普通精度的平面蜗轮齿面.In process of cutting tooth surface on planar worm gear,the single-indexing form-cutting method is with low-level efficiency,operation complexity and high error-ratio. To avoid these defects,a continuous-indexing form-cutting method was presented. A mathematical model of fly cutting was proposed by adopting the moving frame,the majorized function was established for minimizing the maximal error. The gyration radius of fly cutter and slope angle of cutter holder were optimized. The error of finish surface in the case was controlled in ±0.01 mm,the surface and error distribution were simulated. The machining precision was tested by contact check-up. It is noted that the red contact mark appearing on tooth surface of worm gear coincides well with the theoretical contact area.
