斩波调流无级磁场削弱方法的研究

摘  要:为实现磁场削弱过程平滑、连续调节,防止电枢电流的突变进而改善电机换向,以及减小磁场削弱过程中电流冲击对牵引电动机的影响,对交直传动机车无级弱磁方法进行了仿真研究。主要介绍了斩波调流无级磁场削弱方法的基本原理及其自动控制方法,并对牵引电动机转速特性进行仿真分析。分析结果表明斩波调流无级磁场削弱方法可以大大减小电枢电流的波动,并具有广泛的适应性,控制较为简单。In order to realize the field weakening process regulating smoothly and continuously,to prevent the sudden changing of the armature current,to improve traction motor′s commutation,and to reduce the influence about the current surge to traction motor′s in the field weakening process,the simulation research about the step-less field weakening method of the AC-DC drive locomotive were handed over.The basic principle and the automatic control system of the step-less field weakening method by cutting wave to regulate current(CWRC) were mainly introduced,and the simulation analysis of the traction motor rotational speed characteristics were carried on.The analysis results indicate that the step-less field weakening method by CWRC can greatly reduce the armature current fluctuation,and has the widespread compatibility,the control is simpler.
