92-18小麦雄性不育的遗传研究

摘　　要：通过对92-18雄性不育系和T型不育系花器进行比较、对92-18A的恢保关系、回交代的育性表现、细胞质效应分析及其对光温条件的反应等进行了遗传研究,结果表明,92-18A是普通小麦92-18经细胞质变异产生的新的不育类型。它的保持系比较多,恢复源比T型不育系广泛,比光温敏不育系有明显的优越性,更有利于广泛组配杂交组合,成为有生产应用价值的新不育系,可以利用它选育出符合大田生产要求的小麦杂交种。Compare：92-18 male sterile lines with T-cytoplasm male sterile lines,Study on the relation of 92-18 restoring line and maintainer line,Study on the relation of restoring line and maintainer line .the fertility display of the backcross generaation .the analysis of the cytoplasm effect and the reaction to light and temperature ,The results show that： 92-18 male sterile line is a new sterile wheat typy,it is made of the cytoplasmic variation of common wheat.Its maintainer line is more,its source of restores line is more,and it is more advantage than other male sterile lines that is sensitive for light and temperature ,it is more propitious to combinat extensive hybridized combination,and make it to be new male sterile line,use it to breed wheat hybrid that is in line with the request of farm production.
