中药浴治疗对特应性皮炎患儿的疗效及对外周CD4^+ CD25^+调节性T细胞的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药浴治疗特应性皮炎(AD)患儿的疗效及对外周血CD4+ CD25+调节性T(Treg)细胞的作用。方法采用症状和皮损计分系统评价中药浴的疗效,并用流式细胞术检测AD患儿(n=56)外周血CD4+ CD25+ Treg细胞的百分比。结果中药浴治疗4周后症状和皮损评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),取得较好的临床治愈率(80.4%)。同时外周血CD4+ CD25+ Treg细胞的百分比明显升高(P<0.01)。结论采用中药浴治疗AD患儿取得较好的疗效,可增加患儿外周血CD4+ CD25+ Treg细胞的百分比,值得在临床上推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of medicated bath in children with atopic dermatitis（AD）,and effects on CD4＋ CD25＋ Treg cells of peripheral blood.Methods The efficacy of medicated bath was evaluated by Symptom and Skin-injuryscoring system.and the percentage of Treg cells in peripheral blood was detected in AD children（n=56）by flow cytometry.Results The scores of Symptom and Skin-injury decreased significantly after 4 weeks treatment of medicated bath（P0.01）.and the treatment has the good clinical effects（80.4%）.Compared to before treatment.the percentage of Treg cells in peripheral blood was higher obviously after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion The treatment of medicated bath has good therapeutic effects in AD children.and which increases the percentage of Trge cells in peripheral bolld.The worthy of clinical expansion is applied.
