摘　　要：目的探讨在县级以下基层医院没有独立的神经外科,怎么作好外伤性颅内血肿清除术后护理。方法对收治43例外伤性颅内血肿清除术后患者的护理进行回顾性分析。结果术后存活40例,死亡3例。在存活的40例中,术后6个月根据GOS平分良好29例,中残8例,重残2例,植物生存1例。结论在县级以下基层医院组织有力,良好护理,能提高疗效。Objective To study doing good nurse work after intracranial hematomas operation no independence surgery department im primary level hospital.Methods Nurse experience of forty-three patients after traumatic intracranial hematomas operation was retrospectively analysed.Results The 40 patients survived and 3patients died after operation.The therapeutic effects of the survival were evaluated at 6 months after operation according to Glasgow outcome scale（GOS） categories：good recovery 29 cases,moderate disability 8 cases,severe disability 2 cases,persistent vegetative state 1 case.Conclusion Good organizing work and good nurse can increase the therapeutic effects in the primary level hospital.
