低钾耐性玉米自交系的筛选与评价

摘　　要：将288份玉米自交系在低钾土壤上种植,研究其对低钾胁迫的反应。结果表明:玉米不同基因型对低钾胁迫存在明显的差异,以耐性系数和症状率为指标将供试玉米自交系划分为不耐低钾,中耐低钾和耐低钾3种类型。288 maize inbred lines were planted under low potassium treatment and normal potassium treatment to study their response to low potassium stress.The result showed that different maize inbred line response to low potassium stress was obvious difference.Taking tolerance coefficient and symptom rate as the indicators,maize inbred lines were classified into 3 types;they were tolerance;moderate and sensitive to low potassium stress.
