摘　　要：分析了建立地方独坐标系的方法及其与国家坐标系的关系,以全球定位系统GPS数据处理软件——Trimble Geomatics Of-fice(TGO)为平台,介绍了运用投影面变换原理(椭球平移法和椭球膨胀法)实现国家坐标系与地方独立坐标系、不同坐标系间的转换的方法,并结合实例给予了验证。This thesis analyzes methods of establishing local independent coordinate system and relationship with national coordinate system,by dint of GPS data processing software： Trimble Geomatics Office（TGO）,it describes methods of transformation from national coordinate system to local independent coordinate system and between different coordinate systems with projection transformation principle（method of ellipsoid translation and method of ellipsoid expansion）,and proves the validation by an instance.
