摘  要:从城市的微观空间入手,以大连星海湾地区为实证对象,通过深入分析与比较研究发现,该区创新性地开拓了一条不同于其他发展中国家及发达地区的发展之路,且取得了可喜成就。借鉴国际经验和教训提出了应正确处理好几种关系,以期为该区的未来发展提供决策参考。Re-development of urban waterfront is a widespread phenomenon during the social and economic development of the developed regions in Europe and America.Academic institutions and experts in related fields have paid attention to its impacts and causes,research results of this field are fruitful.In China many cities have waterfront districts,some urban waterfront districts are undergoing similar process,and others are undergoing profound changes diversely.There are many differences comparing with other regions,in certain areas,for example,diverse changes of waterfront districts in China,as well as China's stage of economic development,economic structure,social system,the natural environment,as well as residents values,living habits,etc.As a result,development policy of waterfront districts in China should be combined with China's actual conditions other than copying the western existing theo retical results,and we should investigated deeply specific areas,by comparing domestic development of waterfront districts with international,reasonable research findings are obtained,and it will do good to development of those dis tricts and research of urban geography.We will investigate development process of Xinghaiwan district of Dalian,and analyze its landscape evolution,by comparing with other international waterfront district,and attempt to reveal the evolution of the area,and analyze its impact.In the end,some advice will be given to promote growth of the district.
