摘 要:目的:为肺炎喘嗽液提供质量控制方法。方法:采用正丁醇乙酸乙酯(1∶3)萃取净化样品,薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中黄芩、射干、化橘红、甘草;反相高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷、柚皮苷和射干苷3种黄酮苷含量,固定相为十八烷基键合硅胶烷,流动相为甲醇水溶液(30%~50%)。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰、集中;三组分的加样回收率在93.9%~101.9%之间,制剂中各组分含量测定结果详见表2。结论:本文为肺炎喘嗽液提供了一种简便、快速、准确。OBJECTIVE:To develop a quality control method for feiyanchuansou oral liquid.METHODS:The sample was purified by extracting with bytyl alcohol/ethyl acetate(1∶3).TLCs was employed for qualitative indentification of herb of scutellaria baicalensis georgi,citrus grandis osbeck,belamcanda chinensis and glycyrrhiza uralensis fish.Three flavones(baicalin,naringin and tecloridin) in feiyanchuangsou oral liquid were determined by RP HPLC.The column was packed with ODS C 18 (150 mm× 4.6 mm),methanol water(30%~50%) was used as mobile phase.RESULTS:The TLCs identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.Three flavones in the preparation were completely separated within 22 min,recoveries were 93.9% ~ 101.9% .CONCLUSIONS:This paper provides a rapid,convenient and accurate method which is suitable for quality control of feiyanchangsou oral liquid.
