摘  要:采用硅胶干燥法对矮沙冬青种子进行超干保存的研究,结果表明将种子含水量降至5%以下,能显著提高抗老化能力。在同等老化处理条件下,对照种子发芽率和活力指数已大幅下降,而超干种子的发芽率和活力指数所受影响较小。对超干种子的电导率、脱氢酶活性的研究结果表明,含水量为3.35%的超干种子细胞膜通透性较低,脱氢酶活性较高。回湿处理是保证超干种子活力的关键因素,采用室内回湿24 h+饱和水蒸气回湿24 h可以显著提高矮沙冬青超干种子的活力。说明利用超干技术保存矮沙冬青种子是可行的。Dry silica gel was used in this experiment to preserve ultra-dry seeds of Ammopiptanthus nanus(M.Pop.) Cheng f.The results indicated that when seed moisture content was reduced to 5% or less,its anti-aging ability could be improved significantly.Under the same aging conditions,the germination rate and vigor index of the controlled seeds had fallen significantly,while those of the ultra-dry seeds were affected little.The study of the conductivity and dehydrogenase activity of the ultra-dry seeds revealed that the ultra-dry seeds with 3.35% water content had good integrity of the biomembrane system and high dehydrogenase activity.Re-humidification treatment was a key factor guaranteeing the vigour of the ultra-dried seeds and the use of indoor wet 24 h with saturated water vapor could significantly improve the vitality of Ammopiptanthus nanus ultra-dry seeds,which showed that ultra-drying technique is a feasible measure to store the Ammopiptanthus nanus seeds.
