摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平长期治疗对老年高血压患者血糖的影响。方法１００例老年高血压病Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期患者服用硝苯地平或卡托普利治疗３年，按服药情况分为硝苯地平组、对照组。结果长期用硝苯地平血糖升高发生率为２１／５０例；而对照组仅２／５０例，二者之间差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Objective To evaluate the effect of the long term treatment with nifedipine on the blood glucose of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Method One hundred cases of elderly patients with essential hypertension in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were treated with nifedipine or captopril for three years.According to the used drug,they were divided into two groups:nifedipine group and control group.Results The blood glucose rised in 21/50 cases in the group of long term treatment with nifedipine,but only 2/50 cases in control group.There were significant differences between the two groups( P <0.01).Conclusions The data indicate that long term treatment with nifedipine can induce diabetes mellitus(DM).
