摘 要:为有效降低井下套管剩磁强度,避免测井电缆在作业过程中被磁化,设计了一种井下套管消磁器。通过对消磁原理和井下套管磁性的研究,针对井下特殊环境,进行了井下套管消磁器的电参数、机械参数、消磁速度等基本参数的研究。结合井下几何空间,确定消磁器的结构和线圈的安匝数。根据模拟环境,选定漆包导线、铁芯材料、绝缘材料、骨架和壳体材料。实际应用结果表明,该设备耐温、耐压、密封等各项技术指标均达到设计要求,可有效降低井下套管的剩磁强度。In order to reduce the casing remnant magnetism intensity and to avoid the logging cable magnetization during the logging operation, designed is a downhole casing demagnetizer. Based on the degaussing principle and downhole casing magnetic features, a series of studies are carried out on account of the particular conditions in logging process, including the studies on the demagnetizer's electrical and mechanical parameters, degaussing velocity, and so on. The structure and coil ampere turns of downhole casing demagnetizer are chosen combining with the down- hole geometry space. The material of enameling cable, iron core, nonconductor, skeleton and housing are decided based on the simulation environment. Practical application results show that its technical indicators, such as temperature tolerance, pressure-proof, sealing parameters, etc. , reach design requirements. The designed downhole casing demagnetizer can effectively reduce the casing remnant magnetism intensity.
