摘 要:在前期研制出的Ni-Co/La2O3-Al2O3双金属催化剂上考察了焙烧温度对该催化剂结构与沼气重整制氢性能的影响。在常压、800℃的条件下,用V(CH4)/V(CO2)=1的混合气模拟沼气,对不同温度焙烧的催化剂进行了活性测试。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、BET比表面积与孔结构分析(BET)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,催化剂的比表面积和孔结构与焙烧温度关系密切,且随着焙烧温度的升高,金属与载体的相互作用增强,催化活性得以改善。750℃焙烧的催化剂具有较优的孔结构特征、较小的金属颗粒、较好的还原性能、活性及抗积碳性能。The effects of calcination temperature on the structure and catalytic performances of the Ni-Co/La2O3-Al2O3 catalyst with high activity and resistance to carbon deposition developed in previous work were investigated for biogas reforming to hydrogen.Performance evaluation of the catalysts calcined at different temperatures was conducted under atmospheric pressure and 800℃ with a simulated biogas(V(CH4)/V(CO2)=1) as feed gas without diluted gas.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,H2-TPR,BET,TEM and TG-DSC techniques.The results showed that the specific surface area and pore properties of the catalyst were closely related to calcination temperature,and calcination temperature rising strengthened the interaction between metal and support and improved the catalytic activity.The catalyst calcined at 750℃ had appropriate specific surface area and pore properties,smaller metal particle size,better reducibility,activity and resistance to carbon deposition.
