利胆理气汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的超声观察

摘　　要：目的:超声观察利胆理气汤治疗慢性胆囊炎及其对胆囊排空功能的疗效。方法:对51例服用利胆理气汤的慢性胆囊炎患者进行超声检查,观察服药前后胆囊形态、结构及胆囊排空功能的变化。结果:治疗后临床症状明显减轻,32例胆囊增大患者,治疗后有20例恢复正常大小;33例有胆囊沉积物患者,治疗后有30例胆囊沉积物消失;40例胆囊壁增厚的患者,治疗后有28例胆囊壁变薄。空腹胆囊容积,治疗后与治疗前比有较大变化(P<0.05),最小残余容积与最大收缩率治疗后与治疗前变化明显(P<0.01)。结论:利胆理气汤对慢性胆囊炎有明显的治疗作用,同时可改善胆囊排空功能,促进胆囊收缩。Objective:to observe the curative effect of Lidan Liqi Tang in treating chronic cholecystitis and gallbladder emptying function with ultrasonography.Methods:51 cases of chronic cholecystitis were examined with ultrasonography.Observe the changes of gallbladder morphology,structure and emptying before and after treatment.Results:20 out of 32 cases of gallbladder enlargement returned to normal size;30 out of 33 gallbladder sediments disappeared;28 out of 40 gallbladder wall became thin.Fasting gallbladder volume changed much after treatment(P<0.05)while minimal residual volume and maximum contraction rate changed significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Lidan Liqi Tang has significant therapeutic effect on chronic cholecystitis.It can improve the function of gallbladder emptying and promote gallbladder contraction.
