摘　　要：分析和介绍一款用Delphi语言开发的面向英汉词典编纂的粘贴工具的设计、实现和应用。该工具软件依托微软视窗操作系统的进程间通讯机制,实现小巧、方便和实用的设计目标。在英汉词典的编写过程中使用该粘贴工具粘贴或插入频繁用到的特殊符号或专用文字块可以提高工作效率和减少录入错误。Special characters and some text blocks are frequently needed in writing English-chinese dictionaries.A paste utility program is written in Delphi to increase efficiency and reduce avoidable typing errors.The utility,which is based on the inter-process communication mechanism of Microsoft Windows operating system,is a handy tool right for English-chinese dictionary writing.The design,implementation and application of the utility are all covered in the paper.
