摘　　要：30CrMnSiNi2A低合金超高强度钢是航空结构用管材,在我公司属首次试制,根据30CrMnSiNi2A钢及钢管技术条件要求,对30CrMnSiNi2A低合金超高强钢的冷、热加工工艺流程、工艺制度及性能控制方面进行深入探讨,总结出生产30CrMnSiNi2A低合金超高强钢无缝管的合理工艺制度。试制结果表明,该产品的性能及表面质量都达到了用户要求,得到了用户的肯定,同时也打开了航空结构用低合金超高强钢无缝管的市场。30CrMnSiNi2A super - high strength low alloy steel seamless cold rolling tube is a kind of tube used for aviation structure which was trial produced at the first time in the company, according to the specification requirements of 30CrMnSiNi2A super- high strength steel and tube, this paper discussed in details the cold working and hot working process, process system and property control of 30CrMnSiNi2A super - high strength steel, generalized the reasonable process system for producing 30CrMn- SiNi2A super- high strength steel seamless tube. The trial production result showed that the property and surface quality of this product met the requirements of customers, so it obtained the approval from customers and opened the door to the market of super - high strength steel seamless tube for aviation structure at the same time.
