轴承钢连铸坯非金属夹杂物的行为研究

摘　　要：针对某特钢企业铁水预脱硫—BOF—LF—VD—CC轴承钢生产流程进行了非金属夹杂物行为的系统研究,取得的研究数据为转炉流程轴承钢生产提供了基础资料和依据。研究表明:铸坯内T[O]平均为12×10-6,显微夹杂总体积率为0.41‰,铸坯中显微夹杂,主要分为硅钙酸盐夹杂、硅铝酸盐夹杂、Al2O3夹杂三类;铸坯中大型夹杂物主要有三类复合夹杂物,分别为SiO2-CaO-MnS-Al2O3夹杂、SiO2夹杂、SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MnO夹杂。In order to improve bearing steel＇s quality,the experiments were carried based on Shi gang Steel product process of molten steel pre-desulfurization-BOF-LF-VD-CC,non-metallic inclusions＇behavior is studied in this paper,and basic information and proof are provided by the studied data for the converter process of bearing steel production.Research shows： the average of T[O] is 12 ×10-6,the volume ratio of micro inclusions is 0.41‰.Micro inclusions almost have three kinds：Silicon-Calcium inclusions,Silicon-Aluminous inclusions,Al2O3 inclusions;the macro inclusion is main to have three types of compound admixture,respectively is the type of SiO2-CaO-MnS-Al2O3,the type of SiO2,the type of SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MnO.
