摘 要:以松脂为原料、活性白土为催化剂,进行了歧化—裂解联产对伞花烃与松脂基生物柴油的研究。考察温度、催化剂用量、搅拌转速以及时间对反应过程的影响,应用气相色谱法检测了反应产物对伞花烃的含量,采用GB/T5530-2005等国家标准测定了松脂基生物柴油的理化性能。结果表明,在260℃、反应时间为90 min,催化剂用量为原料松脂液重量的10%及搅拌转速为400 r/min的适宜条件下,对伞花烃的收率达到48.28%,浅黄色油状物的松脂基生物柴油酸值为0.52 mg KOH.g-1,密度为947 kg/m3,粘度为32.3 mm2/s,灰分为0.0061%,冷滤点小于-12℃,十六烷值为40.7,硫含量为0.032%和闪点为155℃。Combined preparing p-cymene and biodiesel by oleoresin disproportionation-cracking was studied.The influencing factors,such as reaction temperature,amount of catalyst in weight of oleoresin,rotational speed and reaction time,were investigated.Gas chromatography was employed in the analysis of the content of p-cymene and the physical and chemical properties of biodiesel from oleoresin was also analyzed with national standards.The results show that when the process was taken on the catalyst of activated clay with the weight of the raw material of 10% and the rotational speed of 400 r/min at 260 ℃ for 90 min,the yield of p-cymene could reach 48.28%,the acid value of biodiesel oil was 0.52 mg KOH·g-1,determination of ash was 0.0061%,cold filter plugging point was under-12 ℃,sulfur content was 0.032% and flash point(closed) was 155 ℃.
