摘  要:工业废渣越来越多地被综合利用于建筑材料的生产。如果所掺工业废渣的天然放射性核素较高,容易改变或增加建材产品的放射性。以掺渣砌块为例,运用单纯形格子点设计和规划求解,建立掺渣砌块放射性数学模型,找出了最佳的原料配比和主要指标-混料因子之间的内在规律,得到了满足约束条件的优化配方。该方法为掺渣制品配方的确定及产品放射性的控制提供了重要参考。Industrial waste is more and more comprehensively utilized in the production of building materials.This can easily result in the change or increase of the radioactivity of building materials,if the natural radionuclide of industrial waste mixed is high.In this paper,a mathematical model of the radioactivity of building material products mixed with slag was established by applying the simplex grid-point design and program solution of Excel.Based on the experimental data and regression equation,a proportioning optimization and the internal law between main index and mixing materials factors were founded.This work provides an important reference for the determination of the formula of the building material products mixed with slag and the control of radioactivity.
