军队院校长的角色冲突及原因探析

摘　　要：从社会学的角度分析了军队院校长角色冲突的内涵及表现类型,深入剖析了院校长角色冲突产生的原因有外因和内因两个方面,内因主要有院校长角色的扮演能力和适应能力的缺失,外因主要有角色伙伴的角色差异性和对院校长角色评价的不合理性等。From Viewpoint of sociology, this paper analyzes the meaning and its presenting sorts of the role conflict of the superintendents of military academies, paints out that there are two causes： inner and outer ones. The inner causes include the incapability of playing and adapting the role of being superintendents; the outer causes include the differences of the superintendents partner and the irrationality of the evaluation over the superintendents.
