摘 要:目的介绍NEC公司的电机专用控制芯片MMC-1的应用方法。方法以智能小车控制系统为例,详细介绍了MMC-1芯片的软、硬件实现方法,包括与单片机、驱动电路的接口方法以及通过UART设置寄存器的编程方法。结果通过2台直流电动机的控制,可以灵活地实现对小车的运行状态控制。系统功耗低、调速范围宽,设计简单,抗干扰能力强,具有很好的性价比。结论 MMC-1用于电机控制系统,可以简化设计,且能同时控制三路步进电机或直流电机,是理想的电机控制芯片。Aim To introduce the application methods of the specialized MMC-1 which is made by NEC Corporation. Methods Taking intelligent car ample, the implementation methods of hardware and the interface method of MCU and drive circuit as well motor control chip of control system for exsoftware are also presented in detail,, including as programming method for setting Registers of MMC-1 through UART. Results Motion state of the car can be controlled flexibly by controlling two DC motors. Besides easy design, low system power consumption, wide speed range, strong anti-interference ability and good cost performance are also achieved. Conclusion To use MMC-1 chip in motor control systems can simplify design and three stepper motors or dc motors can be controlled at the same time with perfect performance.
