摘　　要：铁路信息化是铁路现代化的重要标志,铁路运输要实现安全、快捷,需建立高效的信息处理系统。介绍哈尔滨铁路局按照铁道部的总体要求结合运输生产实际,开发"保价及货运事故处理系统",论述系统的研制背景、总体架构,介绍系统的基本功能和特点,最后对"保价及货运事故处理系统"的应用成效进行了分析,并对继续深化的方面进行了初步研究。Railway informationization is an important mark of railway modernization. The information handling system with high efficiency must be established in order to realize safe and fast railway transportation. Based on requirements of MOR and actual transport production status,this paper expounds the research background and general framework of the 'value-insured and freight traffic accident handling system' developed by Harbin Railway Administration,introduces the basic functions and characteristics of the system. In the end,the paper analyzes the application effect of the system and studies the aspects which require further deepening.
