摘 要:目的比较不同虫卵定量计数方法对孵化率的影响。方法将丝光绿蝇所产卵块分成3组,分别采用橡皮捣碎计数法、显微镜计数法、自然孵化计数法等三种方法定量计数,观察比较不同方法的虫卵孵化率。结果橡皮捣碎计数法计数,虫卵的平均孵化率最低。显微镜计数法计数和自然孵化计数法计数,虫卵的平均孵化率均高,其中采用自然孵化计数法计数,虫卵的孵化率最高,但两者间虫卵的平均孵化率无统计学差异。后两者虫卵的平均孵化率均显著性高于前者。结论橡皮捣碎计数法方法简单,计数迅速,对虫卵孵化的影响较大,适合在虫卵大量定量计数但无需观察虫卵孵化率的情况下采用,显微镜计数法计数和自然孵化计数法计数,计数相对较慢,对虫卵孵化的影响小,适合在观察孵化率、转种传代等情况下采用。Objective To compare the impact on hatching rate of the blowfly Lucilia sericata by different egg counting methods. Method The egg lumps of the blowfly were divided into three groups,eggs of the three groups were counted with rubber counting method,microscope counting method and naturally hatching counting method respectively,the hatching rates from the three groups were observed and compared. Results Hatching rate in the rubber group was significantly lower than the rates in the other groups,there was no remarkable difference about the hatching rate between the microscope group and the naturally hatching group. Conclusions It suggested that the rubber method should be used in the case of counting without hatching required,because this method can be operated quickly and easily. The other two methods should be chosen if the hatching rate were considered.
