摘　　要：马克思主义所有制理论的中国化是马克思主义中国化的基本问题。毛泽东从中国的实际情况出发,对社会主义所有制理论进行了艰辛探索。在新民主主义革命时期,提出土地农民私有的正确主张,以此制定了分配土地的办法。在社会主义建设时期,经过大量的调查研究,"以苏为鉴"提出商品生产、商品交换、尊重客观经济规律的正确思想。毛泽东对社会主义所有制理论的探索,具有重大的现实意义。The sinification of Marxist theory of ownership is a fundamental issue in the sinification of Marxism,and as for the theory of socialist ownership,Mao Zedong worked hard on it from Chinese factual conditions.In the new-democratic revolution,he put forward the rational proposal of the peasants＇ private land ownership,which formulated the rule for land allocation.In the period of socialist construction,he advised to permit the production and exchange of goods and recognize economic laws,based on his studies and researches and his idea of ＂drawing lessons from USSR＂.All the probe he made into the theory of socialist ownership is of great value to our practice today.
