摘　　要：我国目前还没有专门的成年人监护法。为了适应我国老龄化社会发展和保护老年人、能力障碍者等特殊群体合法权益的需要,我们应当借鉴外国立法经验,更新成年人监护立法理念,改革我国监护立法体例,采用特别法的形式制订成年人监护法或者一系列专门的成年人监护法,为民法典的编纂打下基础。There is no special guardianship law for adults in China.To meet the need of aging social development and protecting the lawful rights and interests of the aged and the handicapped,we should learn from foreign countries,update the idea of adult guardianship legislation,reform legislature mechanism of China and make guardianship law of adult or a series of special law to lay the foundation for making of civil code.
