高频超声对新生儿先天性肛门闭锁的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声对新生儿先天性肛门闭锁的图像特征及诊断价值。方法对38例术前均使用超声及X线检查的先天性肛门闭锁的新生儿进行回顾性分析,使用高频超声测定直肠盲端与肛门隐窝皮肤间距,分析其图像特征,并与手术结果对照。结果运用高频超声对38例患儿检测均能获得清晰的图像,与手术结果对比,超声符合率94%,X线符合率73%,且超声能检出泌尿生殖系统畸形、先天性心脏病等合并症。结论高频超声对新生儿先天性肛门闭锁的诊断符合率和定位准确性均高于X线,易检出合并症,对外科诊治具有重要的价值。Objective To probe into the imaging characteristics of congenital anorectic atresia and the value of high frequency ultrasonography.Methods Data in 38 patients with congenital anorectal atresia were analyzed retrospectively to find out the characteristics.The distance between the end of rectum and the skin of anus detected by the high frequency ultrasonography and X-ray.All data were collated with surgical detection.Results 38 cases were distinctly obtained and diagnosed by high frequency ultrasonography imaging.Diagnostic agreement of ultrasonography was 94% while X-ray was 73%.Some complications such as urinary and reproductive system malformation,congenital heart disease,etc,were detected by ultrasonography.Conclusion Diagnostic agreement and localization accuracy by high frequency ultrasonography would be better than those of X-ray in detecting congenital anorectal atresia of infants.Some familiar complications are easily detected by high frequency ultrasonography.So the high frequency ultrasonography has important value in surgery diagnoses and treatment.
