哮喘、COPD患者吸入治疗现状及影响吸入技术因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解需吸入治疗人群中实际进行吸入治疗现状,调查吸入治疗患者对吸入技术掌握情况及其影响因素。方法以56例需要行长期吸入治疗的哮喘或慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者为研究对象,通过患者现场演示使用吸入技术的正确与否及记录患者年龄、文化程度、就诊最高医院及既往吸入治疗情况,调查吸入技术的影响因素。结果在56例患者中实际曾经吸入治疗的患者有41例(73.21%),能坚持吸入治疗的仅有6例(10.71%),曾接受过吸入技术教育的有22例(39.29%),掌握正确吸入方法的有11例(19.60%)。曾经接受过吸入技术教育的22例患者中10例(24.40%)能正确使用,19例未接受教育患者中仅有1例(2.40%)能正确使用,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。年龄≥60岁的32例患者中有6例(14.60%)能正确吸入治疗,<60岁的9例患者中有5例(12.20%)能正确使用吸入治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实际进行吸入治疗及长期坚持规律吸入的患者比例较低,曾经接受过吸入技术教育指导的患者也较低,患者吸入技术的掌握程度与患者的年龄及是否接受吸入技术的教育有关。Objective To evaluate the inspiration treatment crowd to carry on the inspiration treatment present situation actually,and to investigate the inspiration technology grasping situation and the influence factor.Methods Fifty-six cases need president according to the guide the time inspiration treatment asthma or the chronic blocking lung disease（COPD） were the objects of study,through the patient scene demonstration using inspiration technology correctly by otherwise,and records the patient age,the years of schooling,the seeing a doctor highest hospital and formerly the inspiration treatment situation and investigation inspiration technology influence factor.Results Once the inspiration treatment were performed in 41 patients（73.21%）actually in 56 example patients.Six patients（10.71%） were in persist inspiration treatment.Twenty-two patients（39.29%）once had accepted the inspiration treatment education,the grasping correct inspiration method was 11 patients（19.60%）.Among the 22 patients 10（24.40%）were able to use correctly;19 examples have not educated in the patient only to have 1 person（2.40%）to be able to use correctly,after χ2 the examination,had the unusual significance difference（P0.01）,Bigger than in 60 year-old 32 example patients in the age to have 6 examples（14.60%） to be able the correct inspiration treatment,was smaller than in 60 year-old 9 example patients to have 5 examples（12.20%） to be able to use the inspiration treatment correctly,had the significance difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The number of inspiration treatment and the long-term insistence rule inspiration patient proportion actually is low,very few patients accepted the inspiration technical education.The patient＇s age and whether accepted the inspiration technology the education is related,but the medical personnel took insufficiently the patient inspiration technology instruction.
