摘　　要：通过几年的共同努力,大学生党员的发展工作取得了可喜的成绩,高校各级党组织积极采取措施加强对学生党员的教育与管理,使得学生党员的先锋模范作用得到了较好地发挥。但由于诸多原因造成目前学生党员的教育工作仍然存在诸多不足的问题,如存在重发展、轻教育的现象,这就需要进一步采取措施来增强学生党员教育的实效性。With years of endeavor, recruiting new CCP members has made gratifying progress among college students. The Party organizations at all-level of universities have taken positive steps to enforce the education and management of student CCP members, thus enhancing their pioneering role. But there are still some problems like more concern for the recruitment and less concern for the education. It is argued that actions should be taken to enforce the educational effectiveness of student CCP members.
