摘　　要：着眼研究生教育管理层、导师和研究生自身三方面,从政策制定、培养过程、奖励制度等多个环节和师德、学风等角度分析当前学术不端行为发生的原因,并就各环节存在的诱发学术不端行为的因素给出了事先预防的策略。通过"管、教、学"三方联动以净化高校学术氛围,减少学术不端行为的发生,促进学位论文质量的提升。The article focus on three aspects of the graduate education, that is, the educational administration, the instructors and the postgraduates. It analyzes the factors leading to the current academic misconducts in terms of the policy formulation, the postgraduate cultivation, the incentive systems, the teacher＇s professional ethics, the academic atmosphere, etc. Furthermore, precautious strategies are proposed against the corruption that induces the academic misconducts, with the view to promoting the dissertation quality by means of enhancing the management in administration, teaching and studying and purifying the academic atmosphere in universities.
