摘　　要：运用电机学理论研究了电动机自动往返限制控制电路的原理,建立了基于职工、学生训练的电路故障库模型,提出了针对不同故障组合的电路故障排除的方法,形成了对应实际操作的评分标准。参加山东省电工安全技能大赛、中电联首届中澳合作学生电工技能竞赛等实践表明,提出的训练方法是切实可行的,它有利于改善训练效果,实现教学资源的优化配置和实训项目的可持续发展,形成良好的工程氛围。The principal of shuttle journey control by motor is researched by use of electrical machine theory and a model of circuit fault combination based on workers and students is builL Multiple flexible ways against different fault combination are proposed and high- standard mark details in accordance with practice operation are obtained. We taking part in electrician security skill contest of Shandong Province and contest between Sino Australia cooperation schools, the results show that the training ways are practicable and feasible, it is beneficial to improve the students＇training effect, realizing the optimal arrangement of teaching resource and sustainable development of practice items as well as bring out comprehensive engineering conditions and circumstances.
