摘　　要：河南省非物质文化遗产非常丰富,具有多样性、地域性和娱乐性等特点,对人类社会的发展具有重要的历史价值和经济价值。目前,随着非物质文化遗产生存环境的变化,原来依靠口头和行为传承的技艺、习俗、礼仪等非物质文化遗产正面临生存发展危机。因此,应加强民间文化遗产保护与传承工作,并在资金、政策上给予必要的支持。同时,制定非物质文化遗产保护的地方法规,用法律保障文化遗产保护措施的顺利实施。Henan province has rich intangible cultural heritages which contribute a lot to human society with their historical and economic values by diversity, multi-region and recreation. At present, the change of the environment of the intangible cultural heritages affected the intangible cultural heritages like crafts, customs and etiquette which are inherited by oral or behaviors. Therefore, to protect intangible cultural heritages is in need withfinance, policy and legislation to guarantee the work.
