经蝶垂体显微手术治疗柯兴氏病80例疗效观察

摘　　要：采用经蝶显微手术治疗柯兴氏病患者８０例，其中微腺瘤５９例，大腺瘤１８例，垂体前叶切除３例。临床治愈３８例，缓解３３例，无效９例，总有效率为８８．７５％；复发１８例。认为只要患者有典型的柯兴氏综合征临床表现，即使影像学检查无异常，在排除了异位性、肾上腺性或医源性病因后，经蝶垂体手术探查也是必要的。Using transsphenoidal microsurgery treated 80 cases of Cushing's disease There were 59 cases of microadenoma,18 cases of macroadenoma and 3 cases of removed anterior pituitary.In the group 38 cases were cured,33 cases were miligated,9 cases had no eftects Total effective rate was 88 75% 18 cases recurred We thought that typical Cushing's syndrome patient,ruledout other causes and without graphic examination’s abnormatily,should be explored using transsphenoidal microsurgery.
