经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张成形术48例临床分析

摘　　要：报告４８例经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张成形术（ＰＢＭＶ），均获成功。术中采用食管左房压迹定位法进行房间隔穿刺定位，全部成功，并缩短了球囊导管进入左房的时间（３．１±２．５分钟）。Percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV) was performed seccessfully in 48 patients with mitral stenosis The transesophageal left atrial press track method was performed seccessfully in interatrial septal puncture and the time that balloom duct get into left atrium was shortened(3 1±2 5min)in PBMV
